Refund Policy

At XD Group FZE, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds for purchases made through our websites or applications.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund for your purchase under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged more than once for the same product or service.
Accidental Purchases: If the purchase was made unintentionally and the product or service was not accessed or used.
Technical Issues: If a technical fault on our side has prevented access to the purchased product or service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
Unauthorized Charges: If your account was used to make a purchase without your permission, and this is promptly reported.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

2. Refund Limitations
We reserve the right to deny refund requests under the following conditions:
The service has already been used, downloaded, or substantially accessed.
The refund request is made after the eligibility period.
Abuse of refund policies is detected, including excessive or repeat requests without valid justification.
Purchases made through third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) — in such cases, you must contact the platform directly to request a refund in accordance with their policies.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@1xd.group with the following information:
Full name and email used for purchase
Date and amount of the transaction
The reason for the refund request
Proof of duplicate charge, if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe, Paddle, or another supported platform).

4. Final Decision and Discretion
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of XD Group FZE in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle’s payment processing policies.
